I offer a free 30 minute Zoom consultation if you are interested in having me coach you through the programme on a 1-2-1 basis. The consultation is an informal chat which gives us a chance to meet and get to know each other a little and for you to find out more about the programme and ask any questions.

Kickstarter/Single session with Cara
£150 for 75 minutes
A single session for those who have already purchased the Workbook. You may wish to devote the session to kickstarting your journey on the Programme, or it can be used for guidance and support with specific parts of the programme.
If, after having done the kickstarter session, you decide you would like to continue to do the rest of the programme with me, the cost of the kickstarter session will be deducted from the full course price.
How to Pay
Payment for the programmes with Cara can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice should you wish to change or cancel your appointment. The full appointment fee is charged for missed appointments, or for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
