The first thing I did was to go to GP and get my vagina examined and she said that it is perfectly normal and there started my 2 and a half months journey. During the course I realised that this is actually created by me psychologically. I was raised in a culture where sex was seen as unimportant until you get married. I never explored my vagina and neglected it big time. I even started to feel my vagina is not normal. There came a point in life when I decided I don't need any man in my life and ignored it further.

When I was using my plastic dilators, I started losing hope on the 3rd week as I was stuck on my first dilator and I created catastrophic thoughts. My coach Philippa walked me through it and encouraged me to create positive thoughts and develop my problem solving skills. The next thing did a  wonder for me. After acknowledging my negative thinking pattern and working on them I switched to silicone dilators. The first day I could insert the first 3 dilator one after another. I created evidence for myself that this is possible. Then inserting tampon was a cake walk.

After the end of 2 months I was able to do all 5 dilators and my dildo as well. I never left my practice till the D-day when I had a pain free sex with my boyfriend. We both were so happy and I was literally dancing after we were done. I was also able to successfully got for ,my smear test that took only 2-3 minutes :). 

I would say whoever is reading this and suffering from this, girls just keep practicing, you can do it if I can do it. More power to all you ladies out there.
