Vaginismus-Free Kickstarter Programme
The Vaginismus-Free Programme is designed to give you the knowledge, skills and guidance needed to overcome vaginismus. The best results are achieved when clients engage fully with the programme and consistently apply what they learn. This document explains what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return.
Kickstarter Session
Your Kickstarter coaching session is designed to help you get the very best start to the programme. During the session, we'll discuss your individual situation, answer your questions, review your progress and ensure you're confident about the next steps.
To get the most from your session, we recommend that you complete Modules 1 and 2 beforehand.
Your Kickstarter coaching session should normally be used within 12 months of joining the programme unless otherwise agreed. Unused sessions remaining after this period will normally be forfeited.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your coaching session, please give at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited. Genuine emergencies and sudden illness will, of course, be considered sympathetically.
Fees and Payments
The fee covers the programme for one person and includes:
- Unlimited access to the online Vaginismus-Free Programme
- One 1-2-1 Kickstarter coaching session
Payment may be made either in full or by instalments.
Instalment payments remain payable even if you choose not to continue with the programme.
Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you've fully engaged with the programme and genuinely feel it isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing ca**@**********co.uk.
Refunds are available only to participants who have made a genuine effort to follow the programme. This refund policy is not a guarantee of results, as success depends on your commitment to applying what you learn.
Once a refund has been processed, access to all programme materials will be removed.
What you can expect from us
We will:
- Deliver your Kickstarter coaching session as arranged.
- Provide a supportive, professional and confidential coaching service.
- Help you understand the programme and how best to apply it to your own situation.
- Treat all personal information confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or where there are concerns about your safety or the safety of others.
Please note that Coaches cannot provide crisis support or emergency mental health services.
Data Protection
All client details, notes and correspondence are stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation.

Medical Responsibility
The Vaginismus-Free Programme is educational and coaching-based. It is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have symptoms that concern you, or any new medical issues arise during the programme, you should seek advice from your GP or other appropriate healthcare professional.
Results
Every client is different. Although the programme has an excellent success rate, individual results cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on many factors, including your engagement with the programme and your willingness to apply what you learn consistently.
Online Access
Access to the online programme is for your personal use only. However, your partner is welcome to access the programme to support you throughout your journey. The programme must not be shared with anyone else, nor may any content be copied, reproduced or distributed without our permission.
