4. Refunds and cancellations
a. Online self-paced programme
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’ve fully engaged with the programme and genuinely feel it isn’t right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing us.
Refunds are available only to participants who have made a genuine effort to follow the programme. This refund policy is not a guarantee of results — success depends on your personal effort and commitment.
Once a refund has been processed, access to all programme materials will be removed.
b. 1-to-1 sessions
There are no refunds for sessions that have already taken place.
If you choose to discontinue before completing your sessions, we will calculate a fair refund for any unused sessions. In this case, access to the online programme will also be withdrawn.
If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion.
